Ignition Cable Set

The spark plug cables have to carry up to 30.000 volts from the ignition coil to the spark plug. There are different types of cables, those with resistive conductors and those with a copper metal core. BBT offers both of these types.

On cable sets with metal core conductors, BBT is using resistor type connectors at the spark plug and the coil termination. BBT offers spark plug cable sets with high heat resistance, capable to withstand up to 200° C, as well as a high resistance against mechanical forces.

All BBT spark plug cable sets have to undergone a rigid 100% quality control testing, before we mark them "Made in Germany."
